Happy Easter!
Today is also my mama's birthday!
Happy Birthday Mommy!
But since when does Easter fall in March?
Today, I went to church with my sister and afterwards we took our mom out for a birthday lunch. It was kind of a funny day today. Funny little things happened here and there at church and during lunch. For most of today's sermon, I thought our pastor was talking about balls. Our pastor kept saying this one word in Korean (I thought he was saying, "bu-ahl"). I didn't know what it meant so I used Google Translate to try and figure out the meaning of this word but it would translate the word to "balls", as in testicles. But later on into the sermon, I found out I had spelled the word wrong and he was actually saying, "bu-hwal," which means resurrection. Oops! Anyway, it was pretty funny.
When we got home, we put Mr. Pickles into his harness and took him outside for some air and to take some pictures. Isn't he so cute? My little explorer!
I love this dress from Old Navy. I don't particularly shop there often but I do like some of the basic dresses that they have since they are usually so affordable. This jersey dress is super soft and comfortable and I like stripes. It's also fitted at the waist, so it cinches my non existent waist too look like I have one! Yay for figure flattering! Another plus is that it's not sheer and the material does not feel cheap. The necklace is from Capwell & Co. It was one of the items in the gift bags from the Simply Stylist event. It's really cute and it even came with matching earrings which I didn't wear because I thought it would be too much. Check out their site. They have a lot of really cute jewelry!
